Here's my own secret diet guide for losing weight. I'm going to let you into my mind and show you what I do. I've given thousands of women weight loss advice. So I bet you're curious as to what I actually use myself. What I'm about to REVEAL to you is TOP SECRET.
Secret Diet Guide 1. Eggs always for breakfast Eggs are a mainstay in my diet. Can't get enough of them. Sometimes I add in black beans, but usually 3 scrambled eggs and a lot of chopped up yellow onion in the eggs is enough for me. For taste, I sometimes add in 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
2. Black beans always for lunch Whatever I eat for lunch, black beans will be a part of it. Black beans are the constant for my lunches. Why? High in protein, high in fiber... what's not to like? AND... they're cheap. I use 1/2 can of black beans. I usually have some sort of meat too... chicken, cube steak, or ground beef made into Sloppy Joes. For flavor, I again may add 1 tablespoon of sour cream in there.
3. Broccoli always for dinner My dinners change up. Sometimes I eat eggs again, other times tuna, and then sometimes I have a more typical lean meat. But whatever it is, broccoli is it's best friend... sitting there on the plate right next to it. Since I don't particularly love the taste of broccoli by itself, I use 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of honey mustard bbq sauce and smear it all over.So there you go.
